Great base work and a solid building up of detail with bump and sculping tools, the textures are very well painted and give a intresting look and feel to this sculpt, it looks finished.
The design itself is where i have some problems, i dont know if you just did this a free sculpt just going with the flow, it does seem like you did, with a bit more thought process behind it the character design would flow better, this is just to heavy on details, some withought rhyme or reason, the face of the creature looks a bit dull not very animal like or sentient, it resembles well, a stone statue. which is fine if you are doing a stone statue but obviously you meant to do something that looked alive and for that i think you need do do some more work into actually making the thing beliveable and fierce, look up action poses and expression refrence, i think your very solid and profesional work could benefit from an increase in personality.

good job all around.
